Neverness to Everness anomalies
Everything the Bureau knows about Anomalies, gathered into one dossier. This hub merges three records. The Archive holds the 70 catalogued case files, each with the Anomaly's classification code, containment status and full lore record, transcribed straight from the in-game manual. The Visions tab covers the 38 standard field Visions and 13 Advanced Visions you actually track down across Gardua: their threat code, classification, the area they roam, the investigation difficulty and the Wertheimer reward on offer. The Stolen Abilities tab logs the 46 powers Lacrimosa can copy from monsters in the field: the source creature, the skill it grants and how each one is unlocked. Use the tab switcher to move between the three records; each one keeps its own search box and filter chips so you can drill straight to the entry you need, and Visions link back to their matching Archive file wherever the case has been catalogued.

IV C-3624-1 Serenetti Serenetti is one of the Derivative Anomalies of the Silent Garden, serving as the embodiment of the Garden's will. It is a massive, pale plant composed of vines and flowers that bind the Gardener that triggers the Silent Garden's activation. Words siphoned from the Gardener's mind randomly manifest onto Serenetti's petals, though only those carrying negative emotions seem to do so. Based on observation and speculation, the Silent Garden's activation process originates from Serenetti, spreading throughout the entire Garden. It is connected to all plants within the Garden through some form of unseen bond. -
I C-3624-2 Fleur the Storyteller Fleur the Storyteller is one of the Derivative Anomalies of the Silent Garden. Compared to the other wildly overgrown vegetation in the Silent Garden, Fleur is arguably the most gentle and harmless. This plant appears as a flower with deep blue petals blooming on its vines, but at the center lies a white porcelain-like mask wrapped in plant matter. Fleur can emit a type of "readable" pheromone that conveys fragmented information, producing a sensation similar to "hearing" in those who perceive it. For ease of understanding, this method of information transmission will be referred to as a form of "narration". Based on the gathered evidence, the stories told by Fleur seem to be anecdotes about the Serenetti family. Though the garden has fallen into ruin and the family head no longer exists, the invisible shackles of their strict discipline still remain. As a result, all narrations by Fleur maintain a vague and unclear tone. The muffled "voices," ambiguous stories, and deliberately embellished wording make these narrations seem rather unreliable. However, since so much time has passed, these scattered stories relayed by the Anomaly are the only knowledge we now have of that once prosperous family. -
V C-4103 Mammon Mammon came into existence long ago, when ancient tribes first began fighting over treasure and territory. The Anomaly's true form is that of a massive black beast, yet it chooses to appear before people as a black cat with golden eyes, adorned with lavish jewelry. It is a omen of desire, with a keen nose that can sniff out the scent of greed. This elegant black cat prowls near wars sparked by avarice, seizing desires to satisfy its bottomless appetite. Besides desire, Mammon also loves to devour money. After all, for thousands of years, humanity has never given up its pursuit and possession of wealth, so the greed attached to coin is often the richest and purest. -
III C-8251 Swallowtail The Swallowtail was first sighted near a certain school. Its form is that of a giant butterfly with vivid colors, composed of numerous paper fragments resembling movie ticket stubs. This makes it rather cumbersome, capable only of low-altitude flight. Despite this, Swallowtail seems to constantly attempt to fly higher, though it has never succeeded. -
I N-1817 The Fire Phoenix Throughout various Anomalous Realms, both Hunters and Bureau personnel have witnessed a cyan bird-like Anomaly. This Anomaly, which we call the Fire Phoenix, exhibits simple behavioral patterns with no intelligence, communication abilities, or aggression. It has virtually no notable characteristics and is even more docile than common birds. -
I N-1992 Rubbaduck In modern times, a cargo ship transporting rubber ducks suffered an accidental spill. Rubber ducks intended to spin around in bathtubs poured into the ocean, embarking on a legendary voyage. Led by a giant leader duck, they drifted around the globe for decades. -
— R-1107 Kiroumaru Insufficient clearance. Currently inaccessible. -
I R-1316 Agent.LUCK In an apartment somewhere in Hethereau, a dog named Lucky once lived with its owner, an employee of the Bureau of Anomaly Control. Lucky remembered it clearly: during that period, Anomaly cases were frequent and staff was short, so its owner had to work overtime almost every day until very, very late. Lucky, left waiting at home for its owner, felt like the loneliest little dog in the world… The owner noticed of this too, so during work, they secretly connected to the home computer's video feed. When Lucky saw its owner appear on one of the screens at home, it happily pounced forward, only to bump its nose unexpectedly. Seeing Lucky's awkward state, the owner couldn't help but laugh. Basking in the owner's smile, Lucky felt the pain in its nose fade away and stuck out its tongue, laughing along. "Once work is done, I'll come back to Lucky." Lucky remembered those words and understood that the only thing between them was this hard piece of glass that must be called "work." If only I could do "work" too, Lucky told itself, gazing at its owner hunched over the desk on the other side of the screen. If work finished sooner, the two would be reunited sooner… -
IV R-1851 Sea Prisoner According to the final voyage report, the Pequod had been chasing a whale for forty days. Supplies were nearly exhausted and the crew was at their mental limit, but the whale they pursued was also on its last legs. Harpoon strikes had caused the great beast to bleed, leaving a red trail across the open ocean. The whale was heading towards a field of packed ice, perhaps hoping to force the Pequod to abandon pursuit. Shortly after, both the whale and the Pequod vanished into the packed ice. No one ever saw them again, until we encountered the Sea Prisoner. -
IV R-7799 Nestbound Bird "The children will soon hatch, and Mommy has prepared everything." -
I T-0578 Bonzita Hello, nice to meet you. I'm… who am I? Hello, who are you? -
I T-1291 Rain-sweeping Maid "We'll sweep the rain away! Then the sun will come out soon!" -
IV T-8467 Headless Rider Rumors of the Headless Rider initially only circulated among street racing gangs: "If you race at speeds over 200 kilometers per hour at midnight, you'll summon a rider clad in black motorcycle gear, with cold flames burning eternally beneath his helmet. He comes to judge the street racers and will invite you to a chase you cannot refuse… where the loser forfeits their soul!" The origin of this legend is lost to time, and most who heard it simply laughed it off, never taking it seriously. One night, a gang of street racers were tearing through the empty streets on their motorcycles as usual, when they began to discuss the legend. "Ha! You don't actually believe that guy exists, do you?" The gang leader doubled over with laughter after hearing the story. "Even if he were real, why would I be scared of him?" Laughing away, he mounted his motorcycle and floored the throttle, shooting straight past 200 km/h. Just as he lost himself in the rush of speed, the streetlights began to flicker. A piercing shriek suddenly sounded out, and a rider clad in black atop a motorcycle as dark as the night itself came roaring up from behind. After locking onto his target, the rider's motorcycle spewed blue flames, speeding ahead at a provocatively fast pace. The gang leader refused to back down. He floored the throttle again and fearlessly accepted the challenge. -
V U-0427 Cheek Pouch The Cheek Pouch came into existence far earlier than we might imagine. This adorable little creature, counting purely by how long it has existed, has probably been around longer than most of our careers, or even ages. Since its inception, the Cheek Pouch has served the Circle, primarily Yggash Court, and become an important companion. When first discovered, it had swallowed an entire warehouse full of construction materials meant for a new experimental facility. Can you imagine how absurd it was when security personnel rushed to the warehouse, only to find a burping hamster on the empty floor? -
IV U-5228 Morphix Anomalies often possess some kind of extraordinary ability, and some can even rewrite reality. Morphix is one such Anomaly. We know very little about Morphix's origin, but it has likely been hiding in human society for quite some time. Had it not used its ability during the Pawn Moonlight incident and been witnessed by an Anomaly Hunter, we likely would still be unaware of its existence. -
II U-5291 Taygedo U-5291(Or) Taygedo is an Oddity of unknown origin, taken in by Hotori, owner of Eibon Antique Shop. Its appearance is that of a sea otter wearing a yellow jacket, with its head replaced by a TV where its face is displayed. -
III U-0734 Chuppa The Bureau of Anomaly Control has a myriad of tools at its disposal, and U-0734(Or) Chuppa is easily one of the more common ones. How this Bio Anomaly, which resembles a long-eared flying squirrel, manifested is strictly confidential. Compared to the Bureau's large workforce, usage rights for Chuppa are reserved for a small subset of personnel—aside from a few key staff in each department. Typically, Chuppa usage is limited to field agents like the Containment Strike Unit and the Enforcement Tactical Division, who work extensively with Anomalous Realms. -
I N-3636 Garlicbeak In certain parts of the world, there are people who seek out a "Garlicbeak" to resolve their arguments, disagreements, and conflicts. The process of summoning a Garlicbeak is as follows: each person acquires one feather from a Garlicbeak, and recites the phrase, "Season it, salt it—solve it". Once the Garlicbeak manifests, the initial conflict between the two parties is forgotten entirely. -
II N-5765 Wakeybee Wakeybee is an Anomaly that has extensive documentation. Scattered records of its presence show up all throughout history, with a primary focus on the unique honey it produces. There is written evidence of Wakeybee honey being utilized in historical battles, assassinations, and so on. -
II N-6174 Divergent Flower N-6174(Or) Divergent Flower is a newly discovered Anomaly. It is presumed to have originated somewhere outside Hethereau, and has only been sighted in Hethereau relatively recently. -
I N-1895 Flatty Flatty is a relatively common Bio Anomaly. It looks like a flat, soft-bodied creature. It is primarily timid, gentle, and completely non-aggressive. When startled by outside stimuli, it will prioritize escape. As of right now, there have been no documented cases of aggression from a Flatty. In the occasion that a Flatty cannot escape an unfavorable situation, it will enter a catatonic state, spreading onto the ground in a puddle-like shape. -
I N-1350 Aqua Astra On clear, cloudless nights, twinkling stars will be reflected onto the ocean's surface. However, observers may notice that any alteration in the sky that veils the stars will not be similarly reflected in the water's surface. Instead, the 'stars' in the ocean mirroring those in the sky may not be 'stars' at all. -
I R-8715 Temporal Fish Fate had decided upon a pair of twin goldfish—one gold and one silver, scooping them up and dropping them in the same tank, thus transforming them into the "Temporal Fish". -
I U-5972-1 Miss Levi In recent history, an Anomaly Metro calling itself the "Ghost Train" appeared and caused the Bureau of Anomaly Control a myriad of problems. The Ghost Train Anomaly was large and surprisingly mobile, therefore preventing direct contact and making observation increasingly difficult. Around the time that the BAC was to deem the Ghost Train mission a complete failure, a faint glow emanated from the train's conductor's cabin. Out flew an owl, alight with a blue sheen, and, from the loudspeaker on her chest, came a gentle, human voice: "Welcome aboard the Ghost Train! I'm Miss Levi, your conductor for this trip. It's my pleasure to welcome you all aboard!" -
II C-6811 Officer Whisker "Behave yourselves. These little ones are gentle, as warnings go. Get carried away, and something far worse may come next…" -
I R-2340 Weather Vine .Roughly a dozen years ago, a forest fire broke out in the mountains near Hethereau. The flames spread with alarming speed, making the situation extremely difficult to control. At the same time, abnormal fluctuations in the Wertheimer Index were detected within the fire zone, making any reckless entry potentially dangerous. Just as the firefighters found themselves unable to advance or retreat, they saw a giant vine rise from the center of the burning area. What followed was a localized downpour that lasted more than ten hours. The fire was extinguished in time, but the rain was so heavy that the forest became marshland. After extensive experiments and research, scholars determined that the giant vine had been formed by many smaller vines of the same kind winding together and expanding. The vine-like Anomaly that had rendered such great service during the fire was therefore collectively named R-2340[Or], also known as "Weather Vine." -
I U-7646 Mr. Bag Many years ago, just as a special recruitment fair hosted by the Bureau of Anomaly Control was about to end, an octopus-like Anomaly wearing a paper-bag hood came wobbling over. It had clearly done its best to disguise itself, but everyone could tell at a glance that it was not human. Under countless watchful eyes, the mysterious Anomaly extended a long, agile black tentacle and submitted its resume, making its intention to join the Bureau perfectly clear. -
II C-1704 Expired Invitation "A banquet that abducts but not invites is destined to welcome only reluctant guests." -
III C-7111 Black Tome Deep into your desk drawer, you might find a notebook buried among old papers. It probably has a dark cover (most likely cheap synthetic leather), decorated with cryptic symbols or pretentious quotes. Flip through the yellowed pages, and you'll find records of adolescent fantasies, embarrassing incantations you would never want anyone else to see. Most people go through a phase in their teens when they believe they are unique, a chosen one burdened with a special destiny, but they are too self-conscious to tell anyone… and so they stay up late at night, pouring their hearts out to a notebook. -
II N-0502 Lar There was once a famous clown named Lar. Every show he appeared in was packed to the rafters, and audiences were always moved by his hilarious performances and witty jokes, laughing until they doubled over. However, after his final performance before retirement, he was found dead in the backstage dressing room. He sat quietly in his chair, as if he had simply fallen asleep. His mask had melted into a pool of black liquid, and his true face bore no comical smile, only the tired, pale features of an aging man… A subsequent investigation revealed that his life had been filled with countless misfortunes, so much so that he had long grown weary of living. Yet he persisted in performing, for the smiles of his audience were the only remedy for his bitter existence. That melted mask became the first Anomaly known as "Lar," a name given in memory of that performer. -
II N-0683 Cheese N-0683(Ob), commonly known as "Cheese," is an Anomaly that occasionally appears in places with a high concentration of photography equipment, such as camera shops, film sets, or large conventions. It blends in with ordinary photography gear, posing as a camera. When a scene catches its fancy, Cheese takes a photo on its own. Click! Then, everything within the frame falls into a state of stasis, unable to move. The duration of this effect varies from person to person, ranging from a few minutes to several dozen minutes. However, those who recover from the stasis seem to have no memory of what happened during that, and show no other abnormalities. By then, Cheese has already undergone nullification, satisfied with the photo it captured. -
II N-8657 Red Door If only the school building could mysteriously vanish, then there would be no need for school to start! Surely many of us had such daydreams during our student days. But… what if this was more than just a daydream? -
II R-1851-1 Pequod Some say the harpoon is humanity's weapon of defiance against the sea. It is used to hunt majestic creatures like panicked boars in a common hunting ground. R-1851-1(Ob) Pequod may well be the very embodiment of humanity's will to conquer the sea, encompassing ambition and courage, but also greed and arrogance alike. It appears as a massively oversized version of a common whaling harpoon, covered in bloodstains and rust, lodged in the back of the Anomaly Sea Prisoner. Aside from causing the Sea Prisoner immense pain, no other special properties have been observed. -
II R-2231 Eternal Lamp The Eternal Lamp is an Anomaly that emerged with the invention of electric lighting, having transformed from discarded light bulbs. -
IV R-3407 Outside the Inner Door There once existed an avant-garde art collective composed of extraordinarily talented writers. They organized a creative technique exchange, with this collision of ideas flowing from their pens as ink. Ideas converged into the invisible current of thought that gave birth to countless magnificent imaginary worlds and unforgettable stories. As time passed, the participants in this creative endeavor felt their obsession grow, as if enchanted by the words they wrote, rushed forwards by this torrent of thought to ink the next stroke to paper. One day, they all gathered together, claiming they would explore "the ultimate nature of consciousness," then entered a mansion together and shut themselves away from the world. -
III R-3707 Picture Frame Outstanding paintings, due to the artist's fame and the work's rarity, may pass through the hands of untold numbers of collectors throughout history. Even when temporarily obscured by personal taste and era-specific preferences, they are bound to reappear thanks to their inherent artistic value. However, the frames that have accompanied these masterpieces and endured the trials of history are often replaced according to their new owners' tastes. -
V R-4317 The Never-ending Arachne In the era of the aristocracy, there were far fewer forms of entertainment than we have the luxury to enjoy today. Banquets, where hosts would flaunt wealth and status through material extravagance over glasses of wine, became one of the most common pastimes of high society. In that era, a rare and unique fabric material came into existence and, unsurprisingly, drew the eye of many looking to show off. Who would be the first to weave an unparalleled gown from this rare material? Two famous master tailors shared this honor, commissioned jointly to create an evening dress for a socialite. One was named Crouch, while the other's name has been lost to history. They were both collaborators and competitors, each striving to create the most dazzling design for the gown. As a result, the dress lived up to its makers' intentions, transforming the lady who wore it into a true "Prom Queen." As she danced, more and more guests joined the revelry, genuinely captivated. -
I R-8981 What You See Light enters your eyes, travels through your nerves, and processed by your brain, becoming the images you perceive. What you see is not what you truly see. What you see is an illusion. -
IV R-8998 Beat King Clement Music Corner was once a lively place. Every day after school, a rowdy group of students would gather at that modest public performance plaza to set the night ablaze with beats and movement. On center stage, the DJ's fingertips would glide across the turntables, sending wave after wave of sound crashing over the crowd. Music shakes hearts, and dance moves eyes. The upbeat rhythm spread like a tide through the students, drawing more and more people into this ocean of pulsing notes. -
I R-9105 The Blue Basin You and your kind were invented by humans. Humans said you were their greatest invention, manufacturing you in all shapes and forms to send into every household… Yet many, many years later, they declared that you were humanity's worst invention. You polluted the world. You should disappear from this planet. -
II T-0847 Picky At a certain research facility, a containment breach caused the entire facility to go into lockdown. All power and water to the entire facility were completely cut off, and the Anomaly that had breached containment blocked rescue teams from entering. If this continued, the research team inside would suffer significant losses… At that moment, one of the researcher team's doctors picked up an unremarkable crowbar from a toolbox and began his story: First, he pried open the vents. Then he pried open the sealed laboratory doors. Next, he pried open the facility's security passages. And finally, he even pried open the entire realm itself… Heaven knows how he managed that! His heroic actions allowed the rescue team to enter, re-contain the breached Anomaly, and save the research team. Strangely, after this incident, the savior mysteriously vanished! Even more odd, his colleagues forgot what he looked like and what his name was, and the facility's personnel roster showed no record of him ever existing. And it was after his disappearance that the Anomaly "Picky" began to appear… -
I T-1377 Hospitable House Long, long ago, a count signed a contract with the devil, gaining all the world's riches and glory, and in exchange becoming a vampire who sustained eternal youth by drinking human blood. As the price, he could never leave his own domain. The count soon grew weary of the familiar flora and fauna, birds and beasts, fish and insects on his land. Even the blood offered by his trembling subjects became difficult to swallow down. He devised a solution: using soil from his domain, he crafted a perfect miniature castle model, then used magic to shrink himself down and live inside it. This way, as long as he carried his "castle" with him, he could venture anywhere beyond the walls he had long been confined to. Four hundred years later, he chanced upon a beautiful lady… -
II T-1881 Scarlet Phantom T-1881(Ob) Scarlet Phantom is an Anomaly that occasionally appears in performance venues such as concert halls, theaters, or cinemas. It takes the form of evening gowns in black and white, with female and male styles appearing in pairs. Though no one wears them, they float in midair, dancing gracefully together. Since Scarlet Phantoms are drawn to grand performances and naturally undergo nullification when the performance ends, they are often considered harmless. However, any attempt to disrupt the performance or stop the Scarlet Phantom's dance will provoke retaliation. When attacking, the Anomaly transforms dance steps into attacks. Though not particularly threatening to experienced Anomaly Hunters, Scarlet Phantoms often appear in groups, which significantly increases their danger level. -
III R-5791 Film - MANISH An opened package of "film" with strips extending and drifting like tentacles around the core. -
IV U-2016 After Lights Out The story begins in an abandoned ancient castle. No one knows its exact history anymore, but residents of the nearby villages all agree that the castle was "haunted." Light sources in the hands of anyone who entered would unnaturally extinguish, and those who remained in the castle's darkness for too long would be taken away by ghosts, never to return. This rumor spread among niche paranormal enthusiasts, and a group of curious young people gathered together to explore the castle, only to vanish without a trace… Their parents hired an Anomaly Hunter skilled at operating in darkness to search the castle for the missing persons, but in the end, that Anomaly Hunter never located the missing people. They only retrieved the culprit behind everything: a lamp. -
III C-3091-1 Teehee Bear The childhood companion Anomaly "Huggy Bear" could not accept the fact that its child had grown up and no longer needed it… or worse, had forgotten about it. Instead of naturally fading away through nullification, it transformed into a more dangerous and cunning Anomaly: the "Teehee Bear." -
I N-0023-4 Imaginadough The Imaginadough is an Anomaly Product released by DSD POP. After being shaped, it can take on the appearance of nearly any material imaginable based on the creator's thoughts alone! These materials include wood, metal, gem, ceramic, and more. It is widely used in Home Decor. Notably, regardless of what material Imaginadough is shaped into, only its appearance and texture change, but its physical properties remain that of a soft dough. When exposed to extreme temperatures, pH levels, or physical impact, Imaginadough loses its form and may gradually lose its Anomaly characteristics. Under the aforementioned conditions, or after repeated use, Imaginadough loses its Anomaly characteristics and transforms into a substance similar to normal dough, composed mainly of starch and various organic compounds that are harmless to humans. -
II R-9843 Paper Squadron R-9843(Ob) Paper Squadron is an Anomaly consisting of multiple paper planes. Typically, this anomaly will nest in the mailboxes of suburban homes. If startled, they'll swarm and repeatedly circle in the sky. -
II R-4205 Ghostly Kite That night, like always, I was on my rooftop, taking in Hethereau's skyline. Suddenly, an orange kite appeared, hanging midair, backlit by the city lights. -
I C-0312-1 Tally of Ages The "Tally of Ages", also known as the "Register", is the Derivative Anomaly of Anomaly C-0312 (Or), the Debt Collector. The "debtors" who are hunted by the Debt Collector, along with the "debts" they owe, are recorded within the Tally of Ages. When a debt has been cleared, the debtor vanishes along with it. -
V U-1043 Eternal Present The obsession with immortality seems baked into human nature. Out of fear of death, refusal to accept a short, fleeting life, or a desire for more, be it knowledge, money, or power, the hunger for youth and longer lifespans has never ceased. The Anomaly known as "Eternal Present" is that desire made manifest. Its origin has long since vanished from the written records, and most of its past beneficiaries remain shrouded in mystery. Yet, after millennia, Eternal Present still shines brightly. -
III N-1135 Rainman It's a late, rainy night. An exhausted white-collar worker, having finally escaped the office, begins to walk through the downpour. Though their clothes are soaked and their feet are numb, they continue walking—completely unaware of the dark, gloomy stare watching their every move. Thin tendrils begin to wrap around their throat… -
III U-5972 Ghost Train Sometime ago, a train pulled into an underground station that had suddenly appeared out of nowhere on the outskirts of the city. Its model matched an old railcar series Hethereau retired years ago, but it had no train number, and its interior designs were unlike anything that had been produced prior. The most noticeable detail of the train was its eerie blue glow, which inevitably led to its name: the "Ghost Train". -
IV R-4321 Dimension Visitor R-4321[Ob] "Dimension Visitor" is, in essence, an ancient nautical astrolabe. Beyond locating physical directions such as north, south, east, and west, as well as the positions of stars in the cosmos, it possesses a strange ability: it can point toward where the heart belongs, the path to hidden treasure, those with potential, and more. The ancient astrolabe was kept in an equally ancient hidden village. The villagers used it and worshiped it, yet they never spoke of it to outsiders, nor did they use its power for immoral ends. Grateful for their kindness, it formed a contract with the villagers and granted them long lives. -
V R-4321-1 Helm of Theseus R-4321-1[Ob], or the "Helm of Theseus," looks no different from any other weathered, battered ship's wheel after years of storms. The origin of its existence is unknown. It is believed to have appeared in the same Anomalous Realm when the Corridor of Echoes was created. Obeying the will of the Dimension Visitor, this worn-out wheel carries out its duty, like a clock running in reverse, guiding the vessel ever backwards into the past. -
III C-4104 Faucet Left Running Did I lock the door? Did I turn off the lights? Did I turn off the faucet? These questions pile up minutes after you leave home. You keep replaying the details in your memory: the twist of the handle, the feel of the switch… but memories aren't entirely reliable. You want to run back and check again, just to feel at ease. -
VII N-0824 Hypervortex The Hypervortex is a highly dangerous Anomaly that suddenly appeared in New Helios, archived under number N-0824(Ph). The Hypervortex appeared and underwent nullification very quickly, yet in that brief window, it caused devastating destruction, nearly obliterating all affected areas of New Helios and resulting in countless casualties and property losses. -
III N-3240 Level Proliferation Picture this: a group of expressionless people ascending or descending through the open air. Sounds creepy and funny at the same time, right? But that's exactly what's happening in every elevator out there. -
II T-1423 Tidal Ascension As one of the oldest anomalies, Tidal Ascension has existed in this world long before paper and pens. Whenever it manifests, it is accompanied by gentle rain falling from the sky and all vegetation sprouting forth into spring. Even the most barren and desolate lands are revitalized. Thus, in an age when every blade of grass was sacred, Tidal Ascension was regarded as an auspicious blessing from the heavens. Simple folk would hold feasts and celebrations of song and dance, commemorating this phenomenon through various ceremonial traditions. Yet one ritual was performed everywhere without exception: the leaping of the Dragon Gate. -
IV C-0312 Debt Collector When Dolores Constantine broke the ultimate taboo of life and death, bringing the dead back to life and avoiding her own death entirely, the "Debt Collector" manifested. To drag what should have remained dead back to the afterlife, the Debt Collector mercilessly hunted down the lives of Dolores and her machinations. Though the Constantine family managed to dodge fate once, they were unable to do so again. In the end, the Debt Collector drove the bygone Constantine family straight into ruin. -
I C-3091 Cuddly Bear Kids love cuddling their stuffed animals. Plenty of children grow up with at least one plush, bear-shaped friend. That bear is a diehard partner in crime, right up until the kid matures and the stuffed animal gets left behind in a closet or on a shelf somewhere. -
I N-5025 Windbringer Long before its delegation as an Anomaly, the "Windbringer" was revered as a manifestation of divine will. This phenomenon has been well documented by people all over the world: Overnight, a myriad of flowers will blossom simultaneously, transforming vast meadows into floral paradises. This effect can occur even in the dead of winter, when most plants have already withered. True to its name, the "Windbringer" is akin to a small breeze, leaving blooming flowers in its wake. -
IV C-3624 Silent Garden The garden of the Serenetti family was once a place of elegance and solemnity, and like the rest of the family, was shrouded in the patriarch's strict rules. These rules regulated every aspect of his children's behavior, molding them into tools for the family's glory who appeared harmonious on the surface but harbored no true affection for one another. In his later years, the patriarch was bedridden with illness. His children returned to the garden, not to visit him, but to quarrel endlessly over their inheritance. The aging, powerless patriarch had lost control over his family, as siblings turned against each other, making a mockery of the once orderly family. Sharp words and underhanded schemes shattered the garden's silence. They made no effort to hide their disgust and resentment toward their powerless father, who had oppressed them their entire lives. The elderly patriarch was heartbroken, and a dark thought began to take root: -
V C-6811 Justice Executioner Long before Hethereau's justice system was as well developed as it is today, the mysterious and powerful Anomaly known as Justice Executioner had already been officially registered. According to existing records, this Anomaly is normally invisible, believed to lurk beneath the city's roads. It resides somewhere deeper than the darkest sewers, in a place that cannot be observed or reached… Notably, Justice Executioner is not a single entity, but an entire forest of steel traffic lights. It is said that this forest listens to the pulse of every road in the city, and when a perpetrator whose crimes have reached an extreme appears, it randomly selects a car near the offender. A giant traffic light tree then bursts from the ground and takes control of the vehicle, temporarily utilizing it as a vessel for executing punishment. Perhaps from this, one can speculate that the Anomaly originally emerged from citizens' frustration with frequent traffic chaos and their strong desire for just law enforcement. In reality, very few people have actually seen Justice Executioner, since troublemakers can be handled by Security Officers and Officer Whiskers nowadays. Only the rare few thugs that even the Security Office struggles to deal with will disturb this dormant Anomaly, and they usually collapse before they even realize what terrifying colossus stands before them. Put simply, they faint from sheer fright… What kind of punishment Justice Executioner inflicts upon these people, how it hands criminals over to the Security Office for official processing, and why almost everyone refuses to speak of those encounters remains unknown to us. -
II R-1927 Fortune Shades Once upon a time, there was an ordinary tree stood among many equally ordinary trees. Back then, where it grew was still a dense forest with rugged terrain, with many ferocious beasts roaming about. Residents of the nearby villages made their living from logging, and woodcutters and hunters had no choice but to venture into the forest to gather resources and hunt. One day, someone passing by this tree tied a strip of cloth to one of its branches, both to mark the path and to wish for a safe return home. Gradually, more and more people grew accustomed to leaving something under the tree, wishing for blessings for themselves and their families. This practice gave way to tradition, and as humans expanded their farmland and cleared the forest, this unique tree was preserved and given its name: Fortune Shades. -
I T-2591 Night of Moondog If you want to make a name for yourself in music but feel you lack a stage to showcase your talents, then Night of Moondog is the perfect venue. The earliest records of this Anomaly date back to ████, describing the same phenomenon that still appears periodically today: a stage and accompanying audience seating floating in the night sky, all staff being ordinary small dogs, a small dog giving each performer a score after their performance, and a stage that may change based on the content of the performance. Night of Moondog follows a format similar to a talent show, where after registering through special rules, performers can take the stage. Since it was deemed harmless and opened to the public, Night of Moondog has gradually become a periodic music celebration. -
V U-7006 Nantanì Once upon a time, there was an ancient kingdom. Though not particularly powerful, it was led by a devout monarch and its people were loyal. The kingdom held great wealth earned through hard work, stored in a temple, where the kingdom prayed that the God they worshipped would protect their property. Even when enemies brought war to their lands, they still held onto this hope. The king prayed to the divine: since these enemies came for the kingdom's wealth, let them be buried here along with it. Soon after, the king fell to the blade, and the conquerors opened the temple gates, greedily filling their bags with gold, silver, and jewels. They excitedly prepared to leave the temple, only to find that the exit had vanished! The entire army had become trapped within a vast labyrinth. They marched with their expensive treasures, then grew hungry and thirsty. Inevitable infighting and slaughter followed, until finally, they fell silent alongside the treasures they could never take with them. Many years later, this city's ruins, buried in history, were discovered by an expedition sponsored by Ebisu Auction House… -
IV R-4321-2 Corridor of Echoes The Corridor of Echoes is an enclosed space materialized from the desire to escape. At first, it was just a vast, boundless sea, inhabited only by Twisties born from the water. Later, a whirlpool appeared at the center, spiraling inward endlessly, as if yearning to draw something in. The outside world answered the whirlpool's call. People who shared the same mindset as the space's creator were drawn here, becoming its new residents. And so this stretch of sea was no longer just a sea, land and rooms for its residents emerged in response. -

III C-6957 Tomato Devil Lacrimosa, a member of ETD-4, encountered a vending machine malfunction while purchasing her favorite Tomato 100. Lacking common sense, she lifted the entire machine in an attempt to pour the tomato jelly out. This senseless behavior drew a crowd, and many photos were posted on Bagel. Thanks to ETD-4 Lieutenant Skia's timely intervention and Lacrimosa's proper apology, the incident was initially just an amusing story. After all, you don't see a girl with monstrous strength lifting a vending machine every day. However, as someone dug up Lacrimosa's identity as an ETD member, unfavorable public opinion began to form… More and more people believed that Lacrimosa, as an ETD member, had committed an unforgivable act by damaging public property. Baseless claims like "destruction maniac," "abuse of privilege," and "robbery" spread everywhere. This wave of public opinion ultimately brought the fabricated "destructive Lacrimosa" into reality, giving birth to the Anomaly known as Tomato Devil.

I R-5904[Ob] Case of Serial Explosion Spacetime Projector This Object Anomaly resembles an old-fashioned projector. It tends to create fabricated videos at the sites of its appearance, mostly footage involving incidents. Participants can explore further at any point during the video's progress. Once the nexus in the video is found—usually the source of the incident—the Spacetime Projector will naturally undergo nullification.
Interestingly, each time the Spacetime Projector is nullified, it plays a message. Out of the 47 messages officially recorded, 7 mention something about aiding the spacetime they are in. Based on the content of each message, some experts believe that the content displayed by the Spacetime Projector involves incidents that occurred in other timelines, and the incidents themselves become negated through the nullification of the Spacetime Projector. However, some experts also consider this to be merely a farce orchestrated by the Spacetime Projector itself. -
II R-5791[Ob] Brand Anniversary Film - MANISH An Object Anomaly resembling a discarded roll of film, surrounded by scattered floating photos, with common darkroom language like "Keep The Room Dark" in the center. It shows no clear intent to attack but prefers to lock onto targets with a camera's viewfinder, stealthily recording and capturing them. With each shutter click, the captured target may vanish, turn into a photograph, or be cast into the Negative Space. In the Negative Space, the fragmented film entity can launch physical attacks or attack with previously recorded images.
The first instance of Film - MANISH appeared at the Film Orbit Studio in Bridge Crossings, only to be nullified by the Anomaly Hunter organization, Eibon Antique Shop. Manish hailed from Lux Imaging Company's esteemed lineup. The celebrated company was famed for its photographic films, chemicals, cameras, and related gear. The advent of new photography technologies nudged traditional films out of the limelight, plummeting MANISH sales and leading to its eventual phase-out. This decline is believed to have sparked the anomalization of Film - MANISH. Case file: Film - MANISH → -
III T-7703[Ph] C's Cube Proliferative C As a Phenomenon Anomaly, this Anomaly attaches to an open box, appearing as a black open box with a yellow letter "C" on it. Once attached, it typically spawns other box-like objects that float around the main body, which is considered the most direct way to identify this Anomaly. When Proliferative C detects signs of activity from other living beings within a certain range, it reacts by manifesting large numbers of box-like objects out of thin air to block others from approaching Proliferative C. Attempting to close Proliferative C may provoke its attacks, primarily through ramming with its main body and generating various types of boxes for offensive purposes. After successfully closing it, Proliferative C will revert to its original form.
Investigation reveals that Proliferative C can attach to any box that has remained unsealed for an extended period, whether it's a cardboard box, shipping container, or even a figurine box. If left unattended for too long, these boxes will disappear from their original location and reappear in other corners of the city. Considering the potential contents within Proliferative C, operations on the main body during the nullification process should be conducted carefully, and it's recommended to record the operation through filming or other documentation methods to avoid potential disputes. After nullification is complete, please contact the Security Office, which will handle the subsequent process of locating the original owner.
Some Proliferative C instances disappear after nullification. In such cases, Anomaly Hunters only need to confirm that they have successfully sealed Proliferative C. -

II N-3100[Or] Reclaim Inspiration Inspiration Terminator This Bio anomaly resembles flies and mosquitoes, attaching to the victim's head to siphon inspiration through a proboscis. After obtaining a significant amount of inspiration, it creates an Anomalous Realm to hide. Nullifying the Inspiration Terminator requires reaching its hideout through the Anomalous Realm. The Anomalous Realm is generated based on the inspiration consumed by the Inspiration Terminator, and its content is complex, variable, and irregular, often requiring Anomaly Hunters to adapt on the fly. -
II C-6202[Me] After School Doomscroll Doomscroll is an Anomaly in the form of video that had spread widely on social media, hijacking the internet. Viewers become engrossed in the video within seconds. In the early stages of attention being captured by Doomscroll (usually within the first minute), one can still escape the video's allure and control through self-discipline. Once deeply engrossed, it becomes impossible to voluntarily break away from the video's pull until the video ends. Fortunately, this peculiar attraction only affects first-time viewers. For those who've already watched the video, it's no different from any other ordinary video. Archive file: Doomscroll → -
III N-1135[Ob] Prepare for Rain Rainman On non-rainy nights, Rainmen disguise themselves as ordinary umbrellas propped up along the streets. Anyone who attempts to approach risks being dragged into the Rainman's territory—the rain alley—where combat becomes inevitable.
In the rain alley, Rainmen don't always attack from behind; direct confrontations are also common. The only way to escape is to defeat the Rainman. For ordinary citizens, being pulled into these alleys poses significant danger. Case file: Rainman → -
II C-9712[Ob] Lightspeed Tagger Bopp Pop Bopp resembles a human, tall in stature; its body is composed of vibrant colors, similar to wall graffiti; uses a skateboard. It usually hides in some graffiti spots around the streets and alleys, only appearing quietly as night falls or at specific times. When manifesting, Bopp emerges from the wall, waving its arms to intimidate while clinging to the wall. It emerges out of the wall fully in combat. It will also escape on a skateboard.
To this date, Bopp has never been recorded to do serious harm, but has accrued a wall of recorded complaints from disturbed citizens who have been pranked. -

As long as you leave the area, the clouds will dissipate and the blade will revert to its rustic appearance, resting in the abandoned site. But if you linger around too long, you will see a hand gripping the blade in the ominous mist, winds passing through the clouds, only to be severed by the blade, and breath— -
II T-1423[Ph] Dragon Gate Substitute Tidal Ascension Accompanying the water columns flowing down from the sky to this place are intangible, semi-transparent carps. According to long-standing rules, these carps can only return to the sky after completing a specific trial, temporarily ending this Anomaly.
Occasionally, citizens are drawn to this dreamlike spectacle, and upon discovering that the wandering carps have no ill intentions, they approach. It is important to note their strong instinctive drive to challenge the Dragon Gate. When they cannot find the Dragon Gate, they will turn to other forms of challenges with passerbys..
Although in ancient times, the Dragon Gate trials were typically elaborate song and dance ceremonies, nowadays, this phenomenon occurs quite frequently, and there is no luxury to handle it elegantly and peacefully every time.. Archive file: Tidal Ascension → -

IV R-8998[Ob] Rhythm Master Beat King This Object Anomaly consists of a set of electronic music production and performance equipment. These devices can operate without power and combine into specific formations that move autonomously, appearing and active in the Clement Music Corner.
The Beat King can be dormant or activated. When dormant, it appears as equipment scattered across the plaza. When activated, the Anomaly hovers and moves autonomously, challenging people in the plaza.
When a challenge begins, the Beat King plays electronic music and creates glowing projections in the plaza that indicate volume levels. The reason for its challenging behavior remains unknown, but it's confirmed that the Anomaly attacks following the rhythm of its music, forcing challengers to make actions that match the beat. If challengers make mistakes, they suffer intense sound wave attacks that can cause unconsciousness in severe cases. Case file: Beat King → -
III C-3091-2[Ob] A Sad Bear Cries Not Saddy Teddy Abandoned dolls that remain untreated for extended periods may transform into large, tattered plush toys wearing cloaks and wielding weapons. They typically appear in secluded areas of parks, playgrounds, and other locations frequented by children. Anyone who enters its territory will become trapped within Saddy Teddy's fairy tale, with defeating it being the only way to escape. Case file: Teehee Bear → -
II R-2231[Ob] Power Saver Eternal Lamp Eternal Lamp is an Anomaly that emerged alongside the invention of electric lighting.
This Anomaly commonly appears in nighttime alleyways, stealing electricity from the surrounding area. When it manifests, the surrounding region experiences complete power outages accompanied by spreading black fog, plunging entire city blocks into darkness and significantly disrupting the daily lives of nearby residents. Additionally, its electricity theft causes damage to power supply circuit boards.
After stealing electricity to fully charge itself, the Anomaly becomes "full" and gradually evolves, with its anomaly level progressively increasing and its electricity demands growing ever greater. Case file: Eternal Lamp → -
II R-4217[Ob] Party Boxer Ora Puncher This Object Anomaly appears as a pair of red boxing gloves connected by a string, capable of floating in the air. The punches are swift and steady, but generally weak and non-lethal.
In rare cases, certain individuals of this Anomaly type can possess combat-level boxing strength. They often wander the streets to find an open area to practice their jabs alone.

III T-1423-3[Ph] Heaven's Forsaken Tides of Misfortune Obsessed with finding and crossing the Dragon Gate, the carp continuously descend from the heavens to this place, only to return to the sky after failing. But this endless migration is not without merit—when carp that have experienced multiple failed journeys descend from the heavens once more, the storms they bring are proof of their constant transformation. For the people living here, the winds and rains that accompany this migration are nothing if not a potential calamity.
Of course, despite their continuous transformation, their pursuit of the Dragon Gate remains unchanged. They will still actively challenge anything that might possibly be the Dragon Gate… Archive file: Tidal Ascension → -
I R-9591[Ob] Lonely Player Wandering Puppets This Anomaly appears as standard artist mannequins commonly found in art classrooms, with articulated joints that allow them to mimic human limb movements. Their current numbers remain unknown. The dolls lack any sense of privacy or shame and show no interest in wearing clothing. Since they only appear during nighttime (20:00–06:00), they effectively avoid violating the school's dress code policies.
Early on, the Wandering Puppets attempted daytime activities, including substituting for a student suffering from Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome (a condition common among teenagers and night owls). When the teacher called the student's name during attendance, the doll's inability to produce normal vocal sounds led to the teacher publicly criticizing it with "Are you made of wood?" This comment proved prophetic, causing the teacher to suffer a heart condition from excessive shock. The substitute doll was subsequently dismantled and permanently stored in the storage room.
Currently, dolls with detectable activity within the school grounds include Welcome-type, Sprint-type, Shell Game-type, Performance-type, and Hide-and-Seek-type variants. All exhibit strong social needs and actively initiate "games" to gain companionship and interaction from human targets. When the dolls sense declining attention, they may develop punitive attitudes toward their game partners. It is recommended to respect the dolls' game rules—refusing to play equals voluntary surrender. They never punish rule-breakers… but the games will continue forever. -
II R-8160[Ob] "Change Your Perspective?" Unyielding Rejected Plan An Object Anomaly originating from engineering blueprints, capable of floating and moving through the air with autonomous behavioral abilities. It has been sighted multiple times at a construction site, with its activity centered around a building under construction at that location.
This Anomaly appears to exhibit active human-trapping behavior, attracting targets by displaying blueprints and rapidly expanding to envelop them when they approach, subsequently teleporting them to its Anomalous Realm. According to firsthand accounts, the Anomalous Realm's periphery contains numerous building clusters resembling hand-drawn sketches, while the central area features a uniquely designed tower similar in scale to the building under construction at the site, though with a different design.
To date, all witnesses who entered this Anomalous Realm have safely returned within one hour. Some witnesses claim to have attempted climbing the tower's unique external structures and discovered talking design blueprints. After reading these blueprints, they felt the surrounding space undergo distorted changes, though this caused them no harm or negative effects. -
IV R-1851[Or] Deep Blue Sorrow Sea Prisoner R-1851(Or) is a large Bio Anomaly with an appearance similar to cetaceans, featuring ribbon-like flesh fins and tentacle-like aberrant organs on its surface, possibly a fusion of multiple marine organism characteristics. This Anomaly cannot be observed in real space, but instead operates within an Anomalous Realm whose entrance randomly appears near the undersea tunnel. All witnesses share the experience of suddenly entering the Anomalous Realm while driving through the undersea tunnel, and consistently report hearing complex calls resembling whale songs.
According to witness descriptions, this Anomalous Realm is a frozen wasteland connected to seas of blood, featuring surreal landscapes such as chains in the sky and giant ship anchors. Most witnesses chose to hide or exit their vehicles within the Anomalous Realm and were safely teleported back to the undersea tunnel. A very small number claim to have followed R-1851(Or) to the depths of the Anomalous Realm and were attacked by R-1851(Or). Historical records indicate that some Anomaly Hunter team disappearances may be connected to this Anomaly. Please handle with caution.
It is noteworthy that all interviewees, including those who encountered attacks, expressed varying degrees of concern and sympathy for R-1851(Or). It remains unclear whether this is due to the Anomaly's special abilities, the Anomalous Realm's influence on human emotions, or other reasons. Case file: Sea Prisoner → -
V C-4103[Or] Yarn Ball or Fons? Mammon Mammon can smell the scent of greed, and the stronger the desire, the more it's drawn to it. Wars sparked by greed were once Mammon's favorite entertainment, but in today's City, even desires only worthy of being called mere snacks are hard to come by. So, Mammon turned its attention to the wealthiest Dvořák family, and the richest cat in the Dvořák household, Ladon. Pink Paws Bank and the Gold Apple Collection Hall became the two places where Mammon appears most frequently. Case file: Mammon → -
IV R-7799(Or) Call of the Lost Nestbound Bird A giant, mask-wearing avian Anomaly that lures lost children to its nest. It tempts abducted children into calling it "Mommy." Once successful, the children lose their sense of self, forget their past, and come to sincerely regard the Nestbound Bird as their mother.
However, the Nestbound Bird does nothing to nurture or care for these children. It simply keeps them trapped in its nest. To possess children means to be a mother. It revels in nothing more than this self-satisfaction. Case file: Nestbound Bird → -
IV Or-8251 Let's Go See a Movie Swallowtail Swallowtail was first sighted near a school. It takes the form of a giant butterfly with vivid coloring. Its body is composed of numerous paper scraps resembling movie ticket stubs, making it only capable of low altitude flight. However, Swallowtail seems to constantly attempt flying higher in vain.
There are many theories regarding Swallowtail's origin. The most widely circulated source is an urban legend about a girl named Butterfly who collected countless movie ticket stubs, lost herself in the fantasy of film, and eventually vanished without a trace.
The legend is incomplete, but one thing is certain: the birth of Swallowtail stems from her actions. -
III C-1704(Ob) Kindness Hard to Refuse Expired Invitation Before activation, this Anomaly appears as a massive golden wax seal, typically resting stationary on flat street surfaces. Any human who accidentally makes direct contact with the wax imprint will be transported into a pop-up book style Anomalous Realm and attacked by its core entity, the Cardboard Castle.
The Cardboard Castle employs spring-loaded streamers, red carpets, and cardboard weapons to launch simultaneous attacks from multiple angles. While it appears similar to ordinary corrugated cardboard, its hardness, elasticity, and unit weight far exceed normal paper products, making its destructive power considerable.
It's particularly important to note that while it may look like stage scenery, this is absolutely not a gentle performance. Once you accidentally enter the Expired Invitation's Anomalous Realm, there are only two options: either immediately distance yourself from the Cardboard Castle and escape the Anomalous Realm, or face it head-on and completely tear apart the Cardboard Castle. II R-8981(Ob) "This is not a painting" What You See "What You See" originated from the work of a brilliant artist who recognized both the deceptive nature of paintings and the deceptive nature of our own eyes. Building upon this discovery, he created numerous wonderful images filled with optical illusions in his works.
Thus, the Anomaly "What You See" was born on the canvas of one of the artist's paintings. The canvas connects the world on paper with the real world, constructing a new "canvas" within the observer's vision. When the observer becomes aware of the connection between the painting and reality, they are drawn into its strange Anomalous Realm.
The artist who originally created these anomalous paintings has passed away. His works from his lifetime are scattered around the world, and all of these paintings possess anomalous properties. People are often drawn into the anomalous realm because of them. Archive file: What You See → -
I T-1291(Or) Prayers for Clear Skies Rain-sweeping Maid The Rain-sweeping Maid is originally a gentle Anomaly with an instinct to clear away rainwater. They rest on sunny days and become energized in the rain, eagerly beginning their work by absorbing rainwater into their bodies for temporary storage. Then, they seek out rivers to release the water once the skies clear. Perhaps because they carry humanity's wishes for fair weather, the Rain-sweeping Maid firmly believe their actions make rainy days pass more quickly.
However, after absorbing contaminated rainwater, the Rain-sweeping Maid lose control of their behavior. Tormented by the tainted water, they can no longer drain properly on their own. Instead, they can only repeat an endless cycle of releasing black rain and reabsorbing it, creating an Anomalous Realm of dark clouds and upward-flowing rain around themselves. An uncontrolled Rain-sweeping Maid will swing its tail, resembling a vacuum hose, launching indiscriminate attacks on any creature that wanders into its rain curtain, just as it once drove away storm clouds, until the intruder is driven out of range.
During the process of releasing and reabsorbing rainwater, if the surrounding temperature drops sharply, the Rain-sweeping Maid's rain will change with the natural environment, condensing into freezing rain, hail, or snowflakes, transforming the rain curtain into a localized blizzard. Humans who enter the blizzard will also be attacked. In short, whether in the heat of summer or the depths of winter, if you see a single patch of dark clouds under an otherwise clear sky, be careful. There is most likely a Rain-sweeping Maid struggling in agony within. Case file: Rain-sweeping Maid → -
II N-3100[Or] Plot Hole Repair Project Inspiration Terminator This Bio Anomaly resembles flies and other insects in appearance. It typically attaches to the victim's head and absorbs inspiration through its mouthparts. After obtaining a considerable amount of inspiration, it constructs an Anomalous Realm to hide in. Nullifying an Inspiration Terminator requires entering the Anomalous Realm and reaching its hideout. Since the Anomalous Realm is composed of inspiration consumed by the Terminator, its content is often complex, variable, and irregular. Anomaly Hunters must adapt on the fly and respond flexibly. -
III N-3240(Ph) Whose Leak Is This? Level Proliferation If left alone long enough, this situation will naturally resolve itself. Level Proliferation is less of an Object Anomaly that transforms from a normal elevator, and more of a malfunction phenomenon that can randomly occur in otherwise normal elevators.
This phenomenon causes the elevator to go haywire, unable to reach its original floors, with a high probability of connecting to random Anomalous Realms. The stairs in the same building remain completely unaffected.
As long as everyone in the building commits to taking the stairs instead of the elevator for one year, the Anomaly will undergo natural Nullification. Simple enough… However, the reality is that residents (except those on the second floor) always pool their funds at the first opportunity and post high-paying emergency commissions to the Guild. IV U-6009(Lo) Nightmare-Bound Nameless Hospital According to the client, this Anomaly's main body is an abandoned medical facility called ██ Hospital. Its geographical location has not been confirmed. The client describes it as "located deep within nightmares," and investigators must accept hypnosis and guidance to enter the described "dreamscape" to observe the facility. According to the client's explanation, after accepting hypnosis, investigators will enter a state of deep sleep lasting anywhere from thirty minutes to several days, potentially accompanied by adverse reactions including sleep talking, body tremors, unconscious scratching, and rapid breathing. However, these reactions all disappear once the hypnosis ends and the investigator awakens. The client refuses to reveal the principles behind entering this area.
As of now, there is no visual documentation of this Anomaly's internal structure, and related investigation records are extremely limited. Among interviewees claiming to have undergone hypnosis, over half indicate the client likely suffers from mental disorders or is suspected of fraud. A minority of interviewees confirm having entered a facility called ██ Hospital under hypnosis and observing "Anomalies composed of bandages" within. Beyond this, different interviewees' accounts vary significantly.
Supplementary record: Historical profiles contain no queries for any real medical institution named ██ Hospital. It does not exist. -
