Anomaly Story
Hello, nice to meet you. I'm… who am I? Hello, who are you?
Huh, why am I swimming around here…? Oh, oh, I guess this is the only place that I can swim around.
Hello, who are you?
What can you possibly remember in seven seconds… What's your name again?
Mhm! I'm guessing that's what goes through some Bonzitas' heads!
Actually, most goldfish can retain memories for over a month, but the saying "goldfish only have seven-second memories" spread so widely that fat-headed fish Oddities that actually only have seven-second memories appeared: the Bonzita.
This harmless Bio Anomaly is pretty common. You can find them in aquariums, pet markets, Bio Anomaly shelters… I actually keep one myself, and it's super cute! Too bad I can't go into detail in an official profile. What a shame!
Anomaly Characteristics
· Most have no worries, since they can't remember what they were worried about anyway.
· Sizes vary.
· They swim freely in water. Their greatest hobby is blowing bubbles, which can become exceptionally large and last exceptionally long, even longer than their memories.
· Occasionally, some individuals become withdrawn due to their poor memory. "Why can't I ever make friends?" "There's something I should remember, isn't there?"… Things like that. They're the "deep thinkers" of the species: forgetful philosophers.
Anomaly Nexus
Make it remember at least one thing within seven seconds.
Risk Assessment
Harmless.
Containment-Guarantee Status
Contained in large numbers at Bio Anomaly shelters; widely guaranteed by civilians.
Containment Measures
Containment unit consists of a fish tank.
