Anomaly Story

In modern times, a cargo ship transporting rubber ducks suffered an accidental spill. Rubber ducks intended to spin around in bathtubs poured into the ocean, embarking on a legendary voyage. Led by a giant leader duck, they drifted around the globe for decades.

Interestingly, the leader duck was not from the cargo ship, but rather, it was an Anomaly that happened to be passing by. Its name was Rubbaduck, also known the big yellow duck, with the ability to attract nearby floating objects to follow it. Due to this, the flock of ducks that fell into the sea rarely lost their way. However, as people developed a keen interest in the drifting rubber ducks, many were plucked from the flock as they floated about. Eventually, very few remained, and the voyage came to an end. Rubbaduck's main body was acquired by a certain exhibition company and is displayed to the public from time to time.

The exhibitions brought this Anomaly into the public eye, simultaneously sparking more mysteries surrounding it. Some people claim they can communicate with the big yellow duck, believing that the ducky knows everything in the world. Apparently, all kinds of information these people have received from it has been verified as true… This phenomenon has yet to be reasonably explained.

It is worth noting that records of Rubbaduck existed long before humans invented the rubber duck, and it was explicitly recorded as a living creature. Anomalies are things that should not exist, therefore, it is understandable that this big yellow duck is considered a life form that should not exist.

Anomaly Characteristics

All bodies of water in the world are one and the same to it. It tours all bodies of water in the world according to a certain pattern.

The body of water it recognizes is defined as a water volume of 520L or more. Therefore, when coming into contact with 520L or more of water, it can directly drift to another body of water through this water, unhindered by spatial barriers. As a result, it is often seen suddenly disappearing and suddenly reappearing.

It has a pull effect on floating objects within the same body of water. Other floating objects on the water surface will gather around it, drifting along with it. This pull effect is not strong and cannot attract floating objects from far away.

Anomaly Nexus

Puncture its surface and submerge it in water. It will achieve nullification on its own and reappear at the submersion site after 24 hours.

Risk Assessment

The main body is harmless, but attention should be paid to the abnormal gathering of floating objects in the water where it resides.

Containment-Guarantee Status

Currently owned by an exhibition company. This company regularly holds public exhibitions for it.

Experiment Records

Experiment 1

Liquid water was continuously added to the containment unit. When the water volume reached 520L, the Anomaly disappeared and was later found in a nearby lake.
