Anomaly Story

Fate had decided upon a pair of twin goldfish—one gold and one silver, scooping them up and dropping them in the same tank, thus transforming them into the "Temporal Fish".

The owner of the pair of goldfish claimed that, on one random morning, they had stumbled upon their pet goldfish swimming in circles repeatedly. Though panicked at the time, the owner said that the fish eventually separated and resumed their normal behavior. However, over the next few days, the odd behavior returned. Over time, the owner noticed that, on the days the fish swam clockwise, his business would pull a profit. On the contrary, when the fish swam counterclockwise, the business suffered. After contacting the Bureau of Anomaly Control, it was confirmed that these two otherwise unremarkable goldfish had awakened as an Anomaly: the "Temporal Fish".

Whether the Temporal Fish can actually predict the future, or swim in certain directions by sheer coincidence, cannot be determined. Nevertheless, the Temporal Fish's popularity has grown amongst the public in recent years, causing uproar amongst those who wish to obtain them. There have even been recorded incidents of radical action, such as an attempted assassination of the business owner, to acquire the Temporal Fish.

Anomaly Characteristics

· A pair of goldfish, one with golden scales and one with silver, that assume regular goldfish behavior. However, every day at exactly 6:00 AM, the pair links head to tail and swim in a ring for fifteen minutes before returning to normal. It's been said that when swimming clockwise, good fortune is sure to follow. When counter-clockwise, vice versa.

Anomaly Nexus

It's hypothesized that the separation of the two fish may result in nullification.
