Long before its delegation as an Anomaly, the "Windbringer" was revered as a manifestation of divine will. This phenomenon has been well documented by people all over the world: Overnight, a myriad of flowers will blossom simultaneously, transforming vast meadows into floral paradises. This effect can occur even in the dead of winter, when most plants have already withered. True to its name, the "Windbringer" is akin to a small breeze, leaving blooming flowers in its wake.

Across various civilizations, bearing witness to a sea of flowers brought about by the Windbringer was considered a divine gift. In recent times, many have sought to host weddings, anniversaries, or celebrations amidst the Windbringer's flowers. As a result, there have been task forces dedicated to tracking down the elusive Windbringer phenomenon. However, there remains no means to accurately predict the time and location of the Windbringer, nor a method to contain it. Consequently, many scams surround the "Windbringer Market", so caution is advised.

Some researchers theorize that it may be a Bio Anomaly invisible to the naked eye, or an Object Anomaly that operates beneath the ground, rather than a Phenomenon Anomaly that shares striking similarities to wind. Others believe that the name "Windbringer" has encouraged numerous public misconceptions, and have put forth efforts to have the phenomenon renamed. However, the widespread and common usage of "Windbringer" has deterred this movement. To this day, many people still use this phrase when making a wish: "May the path before us be graced with strong winds and brilliant petals."

Due to the short duration of the Windbringer's appearance and no discernible method of tracking or locating the anomaly, no experiments have taken place. Based on existing observational data, the Windbringer has no visible effect on the growth of non-flowering plants. For plants induced to bloom by the Windbringer, the subsequent processes of wilting and fruting proceed in a manner restricted to natural growth entirely. Likewise, resulting seeds and fruits are indistinguishable from natural plants unaffected by the Windbringer.
