Anomaly Story
In recent history, an Anomaly Metro calling itself the "Ghost Train" appeared and caused the Bureau of Anomaly Control a myriad of problems. The Ghost Train Anomaly was large and surprisingly mobile, therefore preventing direct contact and making observation increasingly difficult. Around the time that the BAC was to deem the Ghost Train mission a complete failure, a faint glow emanated from the train's conductor's cabin. Out flew an owl, alight with a blue sheen, and, from the loudspeaker on her chest, came a gentle, human voice: "Welcome aboard the Ghost Train! I'm Miss Levi, your conductor for this trip. It's my pleasure to welcome you all aboard!"
From a scientific standpoint, "Miss Levi" can be categorized as a Derivative Anomaly of the Ghost Train itself. On the other hand, some researchers claim that she may have been a fragment of the train that split off. Others claim she's a manifestation of the train's desire to be understood; a translator of sorts.
As the conductor, Miss Levi consistently plays pre-recorded announcements for anything pertaining to the train's daily upkeep. No one has ascertained where these pre-recorded announcements were acquired from. It's important to note that Miss Levi can also communicate through natural avian means, that is, owl sounds from her beak. Despite the difficulties that being a train-conducting owl might pose, Miss Levi firmly believes in doing her job well.
Though, few humans can interpret the language used by Oddities, which leads to Miss Levi often being left with only herself to communicate.
Anomaly Characteristics
· "Miss Levi" is an owl-like Oddity that dons a train conductor hat and a loudspeaker. Similar to the Anomaly she descended from, her body gives off a faint blue glow.
· Normally, Miss Levi works at the information desk of the Ghost Train's station. Whenever someone enters the station, she appears at the desk, ready to assist. She also seems to manage many other tasks within the station and the Anomalous Realm it's connected to. Miss Levi can manifest in several different stations, or in multiple places, at the same time.
· When the station is empty, Miss Levi is believed to disappear entirely.
