How NTE Tools sources and dates its data

Our confidence levels, how we source things, and why every fact on the site carries a date.

A tools site is only as good as the data behind it, so on NTE Tools we treat every fact as something you should be able to check. Each entry gets a confidence level: confirmed when it’s verified in-game or from an official source, reported when it comes from solid community testing, and speculated when it’s still an educated guess. Nothing gets presented as settled until it’s actually earned that label.

Just as important, everything is dated. Neverness to Everness is a live game and numbers move, an Esper gets tuned, a banner rotates, an event wraps up. A material-change date on every record means you can always see how fresh a stat or a guide is, and a review date tells you the last time we actually went back and checked it.

When the game changes, we update the source first and the page second, never the other way round. If you spot something that looks out of date or just plain wrong, the How We Verify page walks through our correction process and how to flag it. We’d take accuracy you can audit over a confident guess any day.
