A headless rider who appears only in the dead of night, roaming the city streets on a black motorcycle. Legend says it targets high-speed street racers, challenging them to races and harvesting their reckless psyches with a terrifying scythe after victory.

Legend has it that on midnight city streets, when you slam the gas pedal, you'll see the headless rider on a blue-flame motorcycle, joining a chase where only losers exist.
